- Plan Your Weekend — Empty space on your calendar is not freeing. It may seem relaxed, chill and effortless, but all you are doing is giving someone else control over your time. The video game companies, the streaming companies or the TV producers grab your attention and then entice you to spend time where they want you to, wasting time. If you want to get the most out of your time you have to take responsibility for it and schedule it. Make your weekend part of your life by choosing what to do and planning it.
- Stick To Your Routines — Your routines and habits will only bring you forward if you keep them every day of the year. While it may seem like you are only missing 2 out of every 7 days, the truth is that by skipping the weekend you are resetting your progress completely. There is a reason you are not keeping your habits and end up making the same Resolutions at the start of every year. If you want your routines and habits to bring you value then you must do them every day.
