Looking back to who you used to be you might see someone that is quite embarrassing.

There were moments that made you cringe, moments that you would rather forget, and even moments that you cannot believe happened because they were so unlike you now.

All of that is a sign that you have grown.

You have grown beyond who you used to be.

You got better at the sports you were playing over time, got further in your mental development as you gained more wisdom, and started to know more about the world and, therefore, were able to interact with it easier.

‘Personal Development’ is the result of putting in conscious effort in developing who you are as a person.

While you do grow in the sports, it only happens when you consciously try to improve your physique.

In the same way your mind can grow if you challenge it every day and you can improve in your career if you do what you need to to get better.

‘Personal Development’ is the same thing but in regards to you as a person.

It’s becoming more confident, learning what it takes to be courageous, or becoming more mature, wise, grounded, or present.

It’s learning about time management, finding out what works best for you to be…
