What Life Advice Do People Not Take Seriously?

To be honest: Almost everything!

People are looking for something that confirms what they believe already.

They neither want to hear the truth, nor do they want to hear what goes against their beliefs, but are always looking for that which is easy to do.

When people talk to coaches, teachers, their parents, a friend or any other person they get advice from, they are always looking for “The Easy Way Out.”

They all want an easy, low-effort thing they can do that will fix everything immediately.

The less work they have to do, the better, and if it helps a lot that’s even better, but not a requirement.

Ideally, they want to just press a button that says “FIX” to fix their entire life.

They do not want to wake up early, do not want to exercise, do not want to meditate, journal, schedule their days and do not want to leave their comfort zone.

They don’t want to consider what to improve, don’t want to spend the time improving and definitely do not want to do whatever it takes.

They will do what is necessary but only that and search their entire lives for a way to make what is necessary so easy it costs no effort.
