What To Do When You Feel Procrastination Taking Over

First of all let me say this: There is absolutely nothing wrong with you.

As soon as you start thinking in terms of “right and wrong” you already lost.

You’ll get stressed out over what you have been doing “wrong“ and drive yourself further away from what you want and need to do.

Keep it as simple as possible and look at only the most basic truths:

Fact 1: You want to work/study/be productive.

Fact 2: You would rather spend time on the Internet.

Fact 3: You want to change this.

Fact 4: Not changing this stresses you.

Those are the facts, pure and simple. Facts are never good nor bad, they just are.

That being said, these facts can stand alone without requiring any action whatsoever.

For now, these are only statements of what is going on inside.

Knowing that you tell me: Looking at the facts, is there anything wrong with you?

Of course not! We all would rather spend time relaxing and doing other things than to study or work.

Honestly, if we could, we would all just sit in our garden or by the beach, doing nothing other than to enjoy the sunshine around…
