Why Do People Pay For Good Advice?

Free good advice exists everywhere.
There are billions of free videos on YouTube, millions of free answers on Blogs and thousands of free courses and other free advices all over various platforms on the internet.
However, just because it is free does not mean it will help.
There are three major problems when it comes to all of this free advice:
- It Is Hard To Find — With so much free content it is not only difficult to find the golden nuggets, but to find the advice that applies right now. The generic, high-quality videos are found much easier than the low budget ones, even though the low budget ones may be exactly what a person may need.
- People that make money with their advice are able to spend more money to make their content visible, which drowns out the free advice.
- There is a correlation between the quality of the advice and its visibility (views are gathered by good content which makes it more visible which gathers more views, etc.)
- It Is Not Specific — Most free advice tries to do one thing: Increase Visibility. Because of this most of the free advice that is found online will find is very generic so that it applies to a larger audience and more people can benefit from it. This reduces the quality and the ways in which it…
