Why Money Cannot Buy You Happiness Explained

Money is a tool.

As a tool it holds certain qualities that it can be used for, however, it is still up to the person wielding that tool to decide how to use it.

A tool itself is only as good as the person that uses it.

If money, on its own, bought happiness then that would mean that every person that had money would be happy.

But that is not true.

There are many rich people still suffering from anxiety, depression and many are still sad and lost in life.

Many people have money, but very few know how to use this tool in the best way.

Often times when people acquire money they either spend more on things they already spend money on or spend money on things that make others happy.

But that won’t make them happy.

For instance, imagine you bought yourself a high-class, luxury, super expensive train set.

Most of us would enjoy playing with that set a little bit, but it would not be nearly the same amount of joy that someone who was passionate about trains would get, nor would it be even close to worth the money.

But we would still go and assume that the money would equate to a certain amount of happiness, creating a…
