Why Resistance Is Your Biggest Problem

You know what, my life was hard.
It was difficult, annoying and stressful.
And it was all due to me.
Life really doesn’t have to be that hard or that complex or that difficult.
It can actually be quite enjoyable but you have to stop resisting it.
Which basically means: accepting that your life is what it is and acting on your current life instead of thinking on it or wishing it were different.
Let’s say, for example, that you hate your work.
You despise the work that you do and yet you go to your job every single day.
When you sit at your desk you look at what you have to do and try as hard as you can to find a way out of doing any work.
That is Resistance.
Instead of finding a way out of it just say “This sucks,” smile, and dive right in; Just like a diving into a pool of ice-cold water.
You know it’s going to be freezing, but you also know that no amount of wishful thinking or positive talking is…
