Our minds are the most powerful tools in existence.

They have allowed us to reign supreme on this planet without equal.

A single mind has brought empires down and created them, and has also been the cause of many people not being here today.

Some of the toughest men and women on this planet died because they could not deal with their thoughts.

PTSD, Depressions, and even the most severe mental disorders are all created by our own minds.

It can take but a single thought to completely ruin someone, and so it is completely understandable that many people are scared to be alone with such a powerful, but volatile, thing.

The thing is, we do spend 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year with this thing.

We know how it operates and know the thought spirals and pitfalls that our mind sends us into.

We know how negative, self-destructive and volatile our own minds can be, because we deal with our mind every day.

For most people, their mind is very negative and self-destructive, which is why many do not want to be alone with their thoughts.

But that is like being afraid of a chainsaw.
