Why You Should Center Your Life Around One Common Goal
Life is a mess.
We fear missing out, want the best for ourselves and our family and friends, and spread ourselves too thin trying to be great at everything.
We want love, friends, and purpose, want to like ourselves, do something that matters, reach success, have fun, enjoy our time, relax, work hard, reach our full potential, get fit, get rich and reach all forms of success.
Everything we add, however, just tears our life apart more.
That is why most of us feel so lost, so thinly spread, and like we do not belong where we are.
In terms of happiness, this is definitely the wrong approach.
Trying to achieve everything is not the answer, but trying to achieve one thing is.
Life should always, only, support a single, common goal.
Now, this may sound wrong and lackluster, but only when life is streamlined, when there is one cause that everything else is in support of, does life feel clear.
That is when we feel like we belong, like life is easy and what makes it feel worth living.
Basically: The less you spread yourself, the more you gain from life.
